Derwent Planning is instructed by our landowner client to project manage the technical process for the redevelopment of a difficult and complex former military base. The site is an allocated brownfield site in the East Riding Local Plan for 360 dwellings.
Our role is to manage the technical consulting team, advise over planning strategy and work up a technically informed masterplan before entering into pre-application discussions with the Council. Following this, we will manage the coordination and submission of an outline planning application to the Council.
