As a chartered town planner, with a background of over 16 years’ experience working in both the public sector and private consultancy, Simon has a wealth of experience in delivering projects and providing sound, commercially focused planning advice.
Simon advises clients on a broad range of development types, from residential, commercial, hospitality and rural development.
Simon enjoys overcoming planning obstacles for a diverse range of clients from PLC housebuilders, strategic land promoters, commercial property developers, to SMEs and private individuals.
Adopting a client-focused approach, Simon delivers projects with enthusiasm and sound commercial expertise.
Outside of work, Simon enjoy's spending time with his young family, going for a run by the River Derwent (which provided the inspiration for the company's name!), or enjoying holidays by the sea.
