Derwent Planning was instructed by the client to submit a full planning application for the demolition of an existing industrial building and the redevelopment of the site for 40 apartments, following positive pre-app discussions with the Council.
Working closely with the client’s architect and technical consulting team, a high quality, design led scheme was prepared to maximise commercial value, whilst responding positively to the surrounding residential area.
